Please sign up if you are interested and *ready* for raiding this Friday. Mains only, equally geared/skilled Alts accepted for balance only.
Please remember that as of right now Icecrown Citadel is the top end raiding dungeon. The lowest possible GS I'll take is 4700, and only if there is considerable skill behind it. Most DPS that are doing ICC are putting out well over 5k dps on the boss fights. If you can't do at least 3.5k dps consistently then you are not prepared for this instance.

Our second week of raiding ran into a few problems I want to discuss in preparation for this weeks run.
Marrowgar:
We are still having some problems with this fight that ends up eating a lot of our raiding time.
By now everyone has read the strat, viewed a video or two concerning this boss... if you haven't shame on you.

http://www.tankspot.com/showthread.php?59646-Icecrown-Lord-MarrowgarThis fight, compared to some of the later encounters, is rather easy. The largest problem we have had so far is basic movement.
1. If you aren't tanking or a hunter, your placement is right behind Morrowgar. The closer you are, almost underneath him, the less you have to worry about Coldflame. Hunters have to be slightly away from the rest of the group because of their deadzone.
2. If you find yourself standing in a frost cloud and taking damage, MOVE, and not just MOVE, MOVE QUICKLY. A lot of healing went towards this, too much in my eyes.
3. Bonestorm, Mr. Marrowgar gets antsy and randomly targets 4 people and charges them doing relatively low amounts of damage. While this is happening he will shoot out a lot of Coldflames. During this phase your goal is to stay out of the Coldflames, if you find you can DPS while doing this then please do. When Bonestorm is done (when he stops spinning) DO NOT DPS until the tanks pick him back up and reposition him. His aggro resets.
4. After the wonderful spinning Bonestorm you may find yourself spread out all around the room. This is natural seeing as you were running, jumping, dancing away from Coldflames. Once the tanks have him back in position you drop what you are doing and run to your original position directly behind Marrowgar. If you get Spiked 100 yards from everyone else guess what? you weren't in the right position.
5. Rinse Repeat. Overall this is an easy fight to explain, a little harder to pull off. He hits hard on two tanks which take up a lot of the healers time to keep them up. The less dmg the raid takes the more they can focus on said tanks and the better chance we are to downing him.
Will cover more of Lady when I have more time. Please review any videos or strat threads concerning Marrowgar, Lady Deathwhisper, Ship battle, and Sourfang. If you feel like you can sit through more vids please start learning about the Plaguewing.
Thanks,
